Honey Bee Competition

This competition is open to any Ontario beekeeper. We encourage all beekeepers to enter whether you have 1 hive or 100.
Prizes: 1st $15.00; 2nd $10.00; 3rd $5.00.
Section:
Liquid Extracted Honey
1. Any Colour—must present 2—250ml jars or larger of the same colour; judged on quality of honey, consistency, appearance, free from crystals, debris and bubbles and of course judged on taste.
2. Culinary flavoured honey. 1 jar to which a natural flavouring has been added. Judged on quality of final product and complimentary nature  of flavouring and its ability to enhance the honey.
