A Small Town With A Big Heart
Celebrating Agriculture

Message From The President
Welcome everyone to the 2022, 168 th Orono Fair! These past few years have been trying times for everyone, that is to be sure. We are so happy to be back and hope you can join us. As our theme this year says “A Small Town with A Big Heart” we have persevered and here we are. I would like to thank the directors, volunteers, sponsors and exhibitors; without your hard work and contributions the fair would not be as successful as it is. A special thank you to the management committee for ensuring everything “behind the scenes” is taken care of. We have been working diligently since the last fair in 2019 to bring you all this fair.
We have an exciting line up this year with Demo Cross on Thursday night and Sunday afternoon presented by Impact Motorsports. James Barker Band will be headlining our Friday night concert! The truck and tractor pull on Saturday night, agricultural education all weekend long, learn more about animals in livestock lane, homecraft exhibits, fruit, vegetable, maple syrup, field crop, plants and flower competitions and more. Make sure you take in all your favourite fair foods and rides you’ve been missing for a few years!
I hope that everyone has a chance to enjoy everything we have happening Sept 8 th – 11 th and can reconnect with your fair friends and family! Be sure to check our Facebook, Instagram and website (www.oronofair.com) for exhibit entry, announcements, ticket locations and presale information.
See you all at the fair!
Shelby Dillon, President
