Rules and Regulations:
1. Exhibits in the class must be in the Agricultural building by 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 8 th .
2. Scarecrow must be at least 1 meter tall.
3. Must contain at least 2 fruits, flowers, or vegetables.
4. Keeping in mind the Fair Theme “A Small Town with a Big Heart.”
Prize: 1 st $25.00; 2 nd $15.00; 3 rd $10.00. Donated by the Kendal Lions Club.
