Rules and Regulations:
1. NOTE TIME for articles to be in Wednesday, September
7th 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday, September 8th 8
a.m. to 10 a.m. Judging to start at 10:30 a.m.
2. Exhibits must be in the hands of the arranging
committee before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday September
8th. When the doors shall be closed and no person shall
be admitted other than those officially engaged.
3. Entries MUST remain until pick up time 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 11th.
4. The committee will not be responsible for packing
exhibits at the close of the fair.
5. Exhibits MUST be delivered to the Exhibit Building with
entry tags attached.
6. Judges are authorized by the Directors to DEBAR ALL
SOILED, DEFACED OR OLD WORK.
7. A fourth prize will be given if there are six or more
entries in a category.
8. Judging will be done according to Homecraft Judging
Standards for Ontario Fairs.
9. The Committee will not be responsible for damage to or
theft of any exhibit.
10. ONLY ONE ENTRY MAY BE EXHIBITED FOR EACH
SECTION OF THIS CLASS.

Annual “Champion Quilt Competition”
The winner from section 1and 3 will be eligible for
competition at the District Level and must be a minimum of
324inches measured on the perimeter. Quilts in section 1
& 3 MUST be made and quilted by the exhibitor. All articles
must be clean and NOT entered previously at the Orono
Fair.
Entry Fee: 10% of prize winnings.
